What are the official ways to report a bug and/or give feedback regarding some functionalities?

Hi team, just wondering if there is any “private” or official way to submit possible bugs or even feedbacks regarding some functionalities. Maybe New Topic is ok for feedback of functionalities, but not so sure for reporting small bugs.
