To love it I miss the most :

  • Percentage growth or loss since purchase of coin (Or moving into wallet)

  • Chart similar to Nano Ledger for assessing asset growth

  • Merging Daily Staking total into one clear amount.

I like the most :
Exchange is fast and staking has been clear.

I like the least :
Transfer time between contracts.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes

Ideas I would like to share :

  • Making it similar (% growth of assets) will help bring in more stock investors into the space.
  • In terms of marketing the use of Tiktok for the likes of Square have been huge. I learned of Nash from youtube. Getting people in through social media onto the website should be the key. The website is excellent in selling the exchange.

To love it I miss the most:-
ā€¢Fiat ramp(Which I know is coming)
ā€¢A way to set it and forget monthly purchases.
ā€¢Ability to set auto reinvest/staking of $Nex
ā€¢The ability to get my crypto I hold on the Nash exchange to work to accumulate more through any method be it staking or loaning etcā€¦

I like the most:-
Security being non-custodial gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Seeing constant improvements from the team and the fact they ask and listen to answers.

I like the least:
ā€¢Mainly just lack of fiat ramp as I donā€™t want other entry points to then transfers to Nash because of time and cost.
ā€¢That I canā€™t chose to say claim my $Nex dividends in specific coin/token or set it up to exchange Like dust to BNB with Binance (spit)
ā€¢That if you choose to delist a project I have concerns for the best course of action regarding $Nex dividend for that project, helps I suppose if as above I can consolidate in the project I want to hold on to as above

I would be open to do a user testing interview:-yes

Ideas I would like to share:- Would like to see a feature like with M1 finance auto balance portfolio with new money I add say I add a $1000 I can set up with a little pie chart. 5o% BTC 25% ETH 25% LINK or longer term by sectors

To love it I miss the most : more trading pairs and faster transition between tabs
I like the most : the dark mode is nice and the design is beautiful.
I like the least : I can store a lot of my coins (XTZ, for example) and the transfer/funds/assets tabs are a little bit confusing. The Buy/Sell tab is sometimes buggy.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes

Ideas I would like to share : I would love to see a countdown for the NEX stakes (to see how many days until my stakes will be unlocked).

To love it I miss the most : Iā€™d like to be able to instantly swap coins on the desktop app. Also, Iā€™d like to be able to convert dust into NEX or BTC.
I like the most : I like the UI, design, the staking tab, etc.
I like the least : I dislike the fact that we canā€™t yet trade NEX. I

To love it I miss the most: For me itā€™s fiat ramps for my country (The Bahamas :bahamas:). I realize though that weā€™re a small country so it will only come with global providers, but having an easy way to get in/out within the Nash ecosystem is the only thing really holding me back from using Nash exclusively for all my crypto needs.

I like the most: My favourite thing with the platform is the interface. The funds manager when you log in provides a lot of info in a very clean and simple way. I feel like itā€™s never difficult for me to find what Iā€™m looking for. Great job on the UI/UX and its constant improvements. Intertwined with that is the speedā€¦the two together provide a great user experience.

I like the least: The lack of the simplified trading view. While the pro/current version is great compared to competitors, I really liked the simplicity of the basic view that was originally in the product. Iā€™m sure this will return eventually, but as someone who doesnā€™t trade often (mostly buys from fiat to hodl), a simple way to exchange tokens is ideal, even if I give up getting the ā€œbestā€ price in exchange for simplicity/speed. (Note that I do appreciate the new Swap option in the mobile app).

I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes, I am in EST/EDT time zone.

Ideas I would like to share: I think most of the things I would like to see Nash do in the future have already been noted by the team (margin trading, defi products, security token listings) or mentioned by others in this feedback thread (easy swap for dividends to one token, optional levels of notifications/auto-logout timers).

To love it I miss the most :
-going to cash . i mean redeeming usd-c to fiat to my bank .
-give me a bot marketplace .super simple but make me ā€œadd an eggā€ (add api key & limits) Edward Bernays style psychology . non technical people want to sound technical ā€¦ " i run a btc bot" should be attractive
no need for 2fa when i can use mpc threshold sigs

I like the most : its not an insane maze of crap (srs most competition is) no email confirms lo cuz no withdrawals. ive been close to wanting to end it all over those damn email confirms

I like the least : ditch the portfolio page . keep ā€œassetsā€ once in assets tab add ā€œdetailā€ tab for a break down on portfolio.
oh and if i have a pending transfer i want to have its status accessible on everypage

I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes but im not ideal

Ideas Iā€™d like to share : instead of email being the account identifier ā€¦ why not have for me ā€œRedKā€ or some other nick name ā€¦ tier 0 def shouldnt need an email . maybe even have ā€œburner accountā€ option for people. literally again people actually would dig this when ur introing them over coffee or a beer
i was sat with some old timers from 2011 and they couldnt even be assed to provide their email ā€¦ but u know ā€œslowly slowly catchy monkeyā€ lot of people run off their ENS nickname.

def get a bot marketplace running ā€¦ presume ur already doing it

I like the least: What Japanese people canā€™t Nash.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes

Ideas I would like to share: Ability to add a photo or message to the transmission between Nash wallets.

To love it I miss the most : Canada

I like the most : As most functions are off limits to me, I donā€™t have much to offer. The site is slick though, and I do think Nash has done a good job of managing good first impressions for new users who happen across the exchange.

I like the least : Again, as there isnā€™t much functionality for Canadians, I canā€™t comment on function. UI-wise, I think the staking page could use some love. Specifically, the Statements page. First of all, when selecting a statement for a specific stake, the page hangs for an incredibly long time (and then sometimes freezes upon finally loading). Using:

Browser: Chrome
Version: Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

In writing this, I tested opening a statement page. It took ~2 minutes to load the page, and then froze once it displayed. Could not navigate off the page, cannot sort the table, etc. Had to close the tab (refreshing simply opens the statement page and begins the process anew). I guess this is meant for support more than hereā€¦

Second ā€“ I just think the statement page could use some cleaning up. Maybe by default the page hides dividends lower than a specific amount? Or perhaps let the user choose what the trigger is for hiding values? IE, ā€œI want Nash to hide dividend returns that are lower than $0.005 USDā€. Nice thing about allowing a user to choose their trigger point is that it will obviously scale with volume & dividend return size.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: No. As Iā€™m not able to use a majority of the exchange, I donā€™t think Iā€™d be helpful.

Ideas I would like to share : See above regarding staking statements.

To love it I miss the most : Nex on exchange and fiat ramps than we have full product so it is easier to invite people to page
I like the most : page is very clean, fast orders, liquidity (mondey to friday)
I like the least : organisation of assets and funds
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes

Ideas I would like to share : I recently read that more than 80% of crypto people dont know what will happened with their funds after theirs deathā€¦so maybe something about thatā€¦ maybe your api keys can make the difference

To love it I miss the most : Trading NEX tokens. More options for traders- leverage, but like 10x 20x top.
I like the most : User Interface is greate, love it. The speed of the trades
I like the least : You should do some Pagination on the dividends payments, maybe some options to show 10, 20 of them. And also to have some graphics of the dividens earned. Auto-logout should be longer
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes.

Ideas I would like to share :
Push-notifications of the price of selected coins
Auto-Buy after Nash fiat ramps are on
Trading Competitions
AirDrops for new coins
More partnerships with other crypto teams
Staking coins
I would love to buy real stocks on Nash Exchange. I can see Nash becoming bigger than Revolut

To love it I miss the most:

  1. For me to love it I would need fiat ramps for :bahamas: it would be great if I could ā€œcash outā€ to a bank account as well. Currently I use BitStamp for this, if Nash had on and off ramps I wouldnā€™t need to use them at all.

  2. More pairs, such as NEO/BTC and other top established large marketcap coins like LTC and BCH. With this I wouldnā€™t need Binance.

  3. NEX token with BTC/USDC/NEO pairs. I spend most of crypto trading time on Switcheo now. If NEX was on Nash I wouldnā€™t need to use them.

I like the most: I like the feeling of Nash being a safe and secure one-stop shop for crypto. Itā€™s not quite there yet, but I can feel it coming together. I also love the staking Nex section on Nash, I love how it works, the daily dividends and going through the statements.

I like the least: Trading session getting locked. I understand in order to avoid this, donā€™t refresh, but itā€™s still annoying when it happens. Iā€™m glad the auto log-out time was removed/extended because that was annoying too. I donā€™t like that the dates for recent trades in the recent trades window are not shown. On pairs like Neo/Gas thereā€™s no way to tell when the ā€œrecent tradesā€ happened. It was added to the platform recently but then removed.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: No.

Ideas I would like to share: It would be nice if we can get some more security features until MPC security is available, like ip address login history and an ip address lock feature when people try to view private keys. Maybe make it where one can only view private keys from prior approved ip addresses. Also have it as an option for withdrawals, where it can only be initiated from prior user registered ip addresses. If itā€™s a new ip they would have to do an email confirm first before viewing the private keys or initiating a withdrawal.

To love it I miss the most : MPC, FIAT ramps for the U.S., and Nashpay with quality vendors ok

I like the most : very FAST and intuitive registration- performance of the exchange feels great (especially when compared to alpha-beta releases last summer)

I like the least : Lack of fiat ramps

I would be open to do a user testing interview: Open

Ideas I would like to share :

  1. It would be great to have MPC enabled wallets - not sure what the status is for this feature (for non-institutional traders).

  2. Another feature that would enable me to contribute to trading is a user-friendly bot - I envision a feature embedded on the platform that can be turned on and off with the following steps:

  • Enable/disable bot
  • Set amount of fees you you want to trade up to. (e.g. willing to trade $X worth of fees per day/week/month)
  • An analysis of recent trading with levers to be more aggressive or conservative
  1. Variable Reward (inspired from Hooked by Nir Eyal)
  • Rewards of the Hunt - integration with Nash Casino when hitting trade milestones? (or variant implementation), valuable news feed by experts, like minded traders/investor profiles (if public, of course) that are shown a la pinterest
  • Rewards of the Tribe - news feed like FB (by fintech specific), Q&A (ie Stack Overflow)
  • Rewards of the Self - gamification of the platform, messaging system

Rate: 4.5

To love it I miss the most: User friendly market bot for people with no IT background. No fee when moving assets between Personal account and Trading contract. To purchase Nex on Nash with zero fee fiat ramp.

I like the most: Speed when moving between tabs. Simplicity to navigate and use. Send/Recieve button, it is magical. Design is super user friendly.

I like the least: When bank account is linked with CryptoCoin.PRO and then deleted (deleted it because there was no rename function) it can not be linked back again. Donā€™t like auto logout.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes.

Ideas I would like to share: Yes, Portfolio and Assets tabs needs to be merged like it is on mibile app all under Funds. Allow time for auto logout to be customized by the user. In Orders show time when it was placed. Number and Time formats should be same as on mobile app for the user.

To love it I miss the most : Fiat ramps (euro) --> but I know itā€™s coming soon  and trading dust to USDC or BTC.

I like the most : the easy interface and safety! Besides that, I really like that Nashā€™s vision is to become an all-in-one station for saving Ć”nd spending assets (nash pay).

I like the least : the facts that users need ETH to pay (ERC20) transfer fees. I would like the possibility to pay fees in any ERC20-based asset. (situation: last weekend, my brother traded BTC-USDC for the first time on nash exchange. Then he wanted to withdraw the USDC, but that was impossible due to the fact that he didnt have ETH to pay withdraw fees.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes

Ideas I would like to share : I think that we should add some ā€œnewsā€ feature. example; if there are new pairs or new features, I would like to see that as a news message on the exchange, or as a banner on top (so that people who donā€™t follow twitter, telegram, etc to are up to date with all features)

To love it I miss the most : For me the following points are essential for me to love the platform a lot and to use it as my everyday, on-stop shop for trading and portfolio management:

  • Fiat On-ramps (I know it is coming very soon however).
  • The ability to convert all of your balances received as a result of staking into one singular currency of your choice. I.e. a click of a button to instantaneously convert them all to USDC.
  • A wider breadth of popular Coins / Tokens, especially within the top 20 - 30. I.e. Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, etc. Again, I know this is being worked on, but I believe that these extra popular coins and tokens, along with other good projects and up and coming ones, should get some healthy volume in for Nash.
  • An easy to use bot. Iā€™m starting to get into automated bot trading and am currently setting one up to work on the exchange using Nickā€™s brilliant guide. Having the ability to set one up and customise it, for even the most non-technical of user, would be a boon for Nash I believe.

I like the most :

  • As an inexperienced user and trader, this UI and UX is clean, crisp, smooth and easy to use. It appears very professional and is definitely the best one Iā€™ve used to date.
  • Matching engine performance, resulting in super fast trades. Its like a supercharged V12 of exchanges (or maybe a Tesla Model S with its instant torque!?). Vroom vroom!
  • The security offered is a great bonus. As a result, using Centralised exchanges is a thing of the past for me. I like being fully in control of my funds and donā€™t fancy having my funds stolen thank you very much!
  • The staking is quick and convenient to set up.
  • Also, setting up decentralised API Keys is effortless and adds yet another layer of security to the platform.

I like the least :

  • Transfer issues and the time it takes to complete a transfer. I had difficulty transferring some BTC from the Trading Contract to my Personal Account the other day. Iā€™ve left my funds in the Trading Contract in order to test out a Trading Bot, however.
  • There is a bug on the staking tab when click to release funds from the staking contract. Itā€™s quite jarring at first as it states that it has released and then goes back to showing the release funds button again.
  • A bit finicky on my part, but in light mode and even dark, I sometimes canā€™t see the scroll bar for the recent trades section and donā€™t like the bar used for the drop down menu showing trading pairs. I donā€™t know if newer ones can be made that work across all browsers and stay the same? Also, some of the icons in the referrals tab are not aligned. Albeit, I imagine that this will be overhauled come GA and any subsequent referral programmes / competitions etc.

I would be open to do a user testing interview: No. Iā€™m not experienced and knowledgeable enough to give you more useful feedback.

Ideas I would like to share : I like the idea of a sound playing to let you know that a trade has been executed, or a transfer has been completed. An animation to let you know the progress of transfers up in the top bar that remains in place as you navigate through the various tabs of the exchange would be useful also.

All in all, whilst there are some aspects still to be refined and features added to make it more complete, I am having fun working my way around the exchange and learning its features and think that it is the only exchange Iā€™ll need and want in the near future. Keep up the good work team!

To love it I miss the most : I like how ā€œLedger Live desktopā€works, I can have different BTC, ETH (and others) accounts. If I want to save some BTC every month for my kids on their personal BTC account it is possible. It would be nice if this function became available within the Nash exchange. A related example, I would like to have separate Neo addresses within my personal account, so that I can stake Nex for my kids. In this case the dividends should be traceable from which staking address they are coming, so that the dividend can go back to the person attached to the staking address. Lastly, it would also be nice to have a pie chart of your holdings.
I like the most : I like the fact that if I want to save, I can and most importantly in a non-custodial way. If I want to trade, no problem, I can do this too (within the same environment!). On top of that I can stake Nex and save or trade the dividends. I like the fact that more and more Nash is becoming a one stop shop for my personal finance.
I like the least : the export possibilities for staking statements could be more user friendly. Maybe the ability to export as pdf could be a possibility?

I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes, CEST

Ideas I would like to share : While answering the questions above, I just realized that Nash will be the perfect educational tool to teach my kids (or any kid) about personal finance! Maybe there is an opportunity in there for spreading the word about Nash?

To love it i miss the most: Nash Fiat Ramps. Being from the UK, this is ESSENTIAL for me. I know we are not far away from this so i am very excited
I like the most : I like how Nash can be my one stop shop for everything crypto and beyond. I am a chartered accountant so being in a space which i am not familiar with, i hope it can provide more people like me with security and confidence to be able to trade in this space. I also like the speed of the exchange. For me, its lightning fast and i have had no issues. I also want to give a shoutout to the support team of Nash. I feel they dont get enough credit. Whenever i have had an issue, they have been quick, very helpful, polite and professional.
I like the least : I like the least that i cant trade nex on nash and that i cant convert dividends into one asset or my choice of 3-4
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes - from London
Ideas I would like to share : nothing new to what has been said from previous users. Portfolio and asset page should be merged and there should be more options/visuals to really be able to play around with your portfolio
