I feel the trading system is too complicated. Firstly please get rid of the complex external account, personal account, trading account criterias. Switcheo has implemented such a beautiful UX dealing with account. Something on those lines must be implemented.

Password and 2fA must not be implemented while dealing with the trading acount. it shoud be very simple. your cross chain protocol is superb, but you need to work on the ease of use of the exchnage.

NEO / ETH no longer has a USD Switch. And does not show USD anymore. Other couples have one.

In the market selection screen, after sorting on 24h volume I noticed that the lowest 2 markets didn’t have a USD equivalent calculated.

When I am in the trading mode that time I should be able to see only pull money from personal account to trading account and push money from trading account to personal account. The external option must be taken down. It is very difficult to understand the whole window for a lay man user.

Easily visible in the picture is the searchbar encriclement which isn’t smooth and proper.

When pressing the enlarge button in the graph section, I’m able to return to the trading section by pressing the same button again.
However when I press the enlarge button in the order section, the enlarge button disappears and I can only return by reselecting Trade in the menu tab.

  • I liked the least: queue time for order is very slow (more than 5-10 secs), it should be lower than 10ms?
    I think order need matched as soon as order enters the order book in low ms time.

When the google chrome tab with Nash selected covers the whole screen without being in fullscreen mode this happens. Whenever I do select fullscreen it displays normally.

Google chrome:

While navigating the pro chart, some behaviours are not as I would expect/like:

  • When I try to drag the chart up/down (by holding the left mousebutton) I need to move the mouse quite a bit before the chart reacts. It then jumps. While zoomed in, I need to move the cursor so much that it is out of bounds before the chart moves.
  • When I moved and scaled the chart to the dimensions I like, then if I roll my mousewheel to zoom out, the chart jumps to different dimensions to include candles that would otherwise be out of bounds. (I would prefer to keep the scale an dimensions I set )

After setting the graph/chart to fullscreen I would like to be able to see what pair I am looking at while in fullscreen mode, and maybe also be able to select another pair while in fullscreen mode.

I tried to buy 1 NEO. However after the trading fee’s were taken I received 0.998 NEO.
I believe on switcheo the trading fee’s are inclusive in the final price.
Maybe it can be made in a way that when someone wants to buy 1 NEO in the background he/she buys NEO + whatever the fee will be in NEO, as to guarantee they always receive the amount they intended to buy. Especially because in NEO’s current form we are limited to transferring whole numbers of NEO.
