Staking / Trading and Token Purchasing

I would like to get myself informed about the recent progress. In the Roadmap it says “Staking / Trading and Token Purchasing” is aimed for Fall 2018. I havent been reading much about NEX in the recent time so i would like to know if everything is still on track… Has there been any news since the Token purchase ?

Well firstly, we’re probably looking at Q1 2019 right now, but the official release date is “when it’s ready”. They’ve said they will not rush to meet a date without hitting all their quality thresholds basically.

NEX Road Map

All roadmaps are tentative and simply best estimates, especially around sensitive financial software. We’ve made many improvements to the system since posting that roadmap (w.r.t., performance, security, and usability), and we are not going to launch any system until (1) it has a user experience that meets our high standards (2) it has passed an extremely rigorous security review (some of the best firms in the world), which is ongoing. Questions regarding License

You are correct, @JustUS this is a lesson learned for us. We made some mistakes, still we got more right than anyone. One of those mistakes was to publish a roadmap with expected dates, we will now work to establish a vision and communicate development of new products and markets but will refrain of pushing a public roadmap with dates.
