Could someone help with KYC, was send support team request and now waiting for 2 days and no answer, in couple hours need to go where will not have internet and will be there couple months, so could someone take time and help me to finish Tir1?
I’m the same. Was in ICO, downloaded app - denied me after entering my address? I am in the country as my address so shouldn’t be IP issue?? guess i gotta wait until support team get back to you. Kinda sucks having one go and ba bow - denied, no second chance! Didnt even get to upload docs stage!!
