Rate : 4 To love it I miss the most : I see that high level chart is there and is very nice! But for some reason for long time I was not realizing that I had more options on the bottom to change to other sections than the Funds that I have pinned. It would be nice to be able to change the period to daily and hourly. Also be able to set some alerts will give a plus to the product. I like the most : Face id to log in. Although sometimes it stops working for a while for me, I don’t know why, probably after updates. For instance, right now is not working. I like the least : To see the canceled orders, by default filter out the canceled orders. Also I don’t know why the menu on the bottom is not that obvious I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share : So far I see that is not possible to edit or place orders, it will be very nice to be able to do something like this. Then from the mobile app you could transfer in an out funds, trade and even check high level chart and set alerts. Full house!
Rate : 3,5 To love it I miss the most : nashpay/nashcash I like the most : i like the new swap-function I like the least : i love the ui I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share : i think we will have a good start with the products after GA.
Dark mode
Nash cash
Buying $NEX with fiat
Being able to stake $NEX
The trading tab ( coming soon )
Wallet connect ( coming soon )
The ability to send funds to other nashers via the trading contract ( coming ? )
I like the most:
It’s clean and easy to use
Fast access to basic things
The app is fast also overall
I like the least:
The graphs need some love and 7d/24h toggle please ( maybe in settings )
squares and corners and boxes
no total volume indicator
trade history needs to show what we are buying with USDC x)
I am always open to do a user testing interview
Ideas i would like to share:
The ability to create an API and one click whitelist all addresses ( for the dapps / bots )
A widget with prices of all favourite coins / tokens and nash total volume
BTC 24H overall volume , BTC dominance, 24H change and Mcap (just like the binance widget)
A tab for dapps & trading bots with a market place & nash swag with $NEX satin bleu short shorts
Contacts tab
P.S. dapps in my mind include :
Nash casino
Celsius
Compound
Maker etc
And everything else our awesome community will build
Rate : 1 to 5, 3.5 To love it I miss the most : application of MPC, NashPay, and fiat ramp in US I like the most : I like that the swap feature does what I would want out of a mobile trading app: quick purchase/sale of assets I trade I like the least : It doesn’t have a whole lot of fintech application yet (payment) I would be open to do a user testing interview: open Ideas I would like to share : On using crypto for payments - it seems a lot of users don’t have much benefit to utilizing cryptocurrencies as many are trading or hodling…if there was a feature to re-purchase the quantity of crypto held for every payment made that might be useful.
Example: User (hodler) wallet has $500 Bitcoin > makes a payment to vendor for $500 Bitcoin (wallet is now at $0) > auto-purchase of Bitcoin takes place immediately via platform (or if there are cc payment options available with applicable fees)
Holder pays with Bitcoin, and also retains his/her amount of original Bitcoin.
Rating: 4/5 because incomplete and missing features, but it’s in development. If this was final, i would give it 3/5.
To love it I miss the most : I ofcource miss the exchange itself. The full experience of trading, like central exchanges have their apps for. Swaps are nice to have, but basic.
I like the most : The UX. It’s clean, smooth with the nice animations, fast and most importantly it’s easy to understand. This is central exchange level UX, no DEX can get close.
I like the least : The markets section could use improvement. The three dots menu for options doesn’t work for me (android latest version) and clicking an asset just displays the swap. Perhaps make the swapping an option to click in a menu that shows a graph you can change about the market performance/candles etc.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes.
Ideas I would like to share : Besides a full exchange experience, i’d also like it if it had a NEX investment screen that shows NEX price performance, stakes, dividends earned daily/monthly etc.
To love it I miss the most : currently the app opens often at the funds manager. When showing it to friends and family, I prefer it opens on another tab. (since my funds are a bit private)
I like the most : The login with 2FA within the app itself. This is amazing, since it’s easier to onboard for people who are not used to use 2FA.
I like the least : the exchange tab; It doesnt trigger me to pick a market and trade. Since the upper boxes (%gain, %loss and volume) are not clickable, and the markets “feel” a bit unclickable/lost on the background.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes.
Ideas I would like to share : It would be awesome to make more clear why people need to transfer funds from personal to trading contract before trading. I showed the to some friends, and first they didnt understand why after depositing it was not possible to swap their funds immediately.
Patiently waiting for whole trading functionality/experience, missing this the most.
Cannot find the staking functionality
I like the most :
Really love how Nash has created a unique Nash look of the app. Impossible to confuse with a different mobile exchange when looking at the Nash app - Nashtastic look
Easy to use app + responsiveness and speed
Simple look, perhaps too simple but love how clean it is.
Swap functionality is awesome, proper look
I like the least :
“All markets” and “Favorite markets” sections looks far too basic to me
Also the “Transfers” section looks a little bit messy
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes please - UK timezone
Ideas I would like to share :
Would be great to make it much much easier to tick and to untick my favorite trading pairs
“Assets” section could fold up when scrolling through my portfolio, can scroll and see only three of my assets. “Assets” and “Total balance” sections take about half of the screen could be scrollable or be able to hide
To love it I miss the most : Fiat ramps without a doubt!
I like the most : the plus button where sending and receiving assets is super easy. Nice job.
I like the least :
the need to reset my fingerprint on an update
the funds tab could be simpler. I don’t need the price change information here. I just want a quick and clear overview of the assets I have. More detailed pricing information would be helpful after clicking on your holdings.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: no
Ideas I would like to share :
Exchange tab: you should be able to click on “Biggest gain” or “Highest volume” to see the further ranking.
Funds tab: showing the amount of NEX locked in the staking contract rather than the value would be more usefull.
I would really love a feature with which I can easily invite people to download the app so that I can immediately help them set up their account.

Trading, On-Off Ramps.
I like the most :
The Clean and professional look.
I like the least :
That i need to login everytime I open the App - if for example i just want the 2FA it needs few Seconds until i am logged in and get to the 2FA Section. Also Sometimes i need to Set-Up the Login and Fingeprint new after updates.
I would be open to do a user testing interview:
Yes - Timezone CEST
Ideas I would like to share :
I would order the Tabs at the Bottom a bit different. From the left: Portfolio - Exchange - Orders.
The Searchbar in the Exchange Tab is a bit too big for my taste. Maybe You could change the Positions of the Searchbar and the 3 Boxes with “Biggest % gain” etc. I think that would look better. Or make the Searchbar unfold if you click on the Search-Icon.
I feel like the Exchange Tab is generally a bit too loaded.
I like the most : Great speed and UX. I like the least :
Having a pie chart in the wallet instead of a line graph with history, so it would really feel like a wallet tracker such as Delta/Blockfolio.
On a transfer, for example BTC, it shows ‘Completed’ under the Funds>Transfers tab when it has only been initialized. Really misleading. Showing the amount of confirmations on the transfer details page instead of having to open the external TX page on blockchain.com would improve UX.
Swaps not being instant.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes. Amsterdam time.
Ideas I would like to share :
Order of icons at the bottom. Showing the Funds icon on the first tab should be done to be consistent with the menu order of the web app (Funds - Trade - Orders would be a logical order).
Rate : 4 To love it I miss the most : staking page, to view etc I like the most : able to set portfolio balance in $AUD! I like the least : the things I can do in there yet, eg. pay for real items! I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share : would be great if you could set what functions to allow without needing to log in, eg. view your balance, check charts
To love it I miss the most: An easy method to import contacts from my phone. Something like adding a new nash contact with browsing through the existing contacts and just add the specific keys. Plus other social features for payment options.
I like the most: The login process with face recognition and the nice overview about the personal wallet. It would just get better if the funds in the trading contract will be shown too.
I like the least: The market feature without the ability to update the volumes/prices from the different markets with a scroll like in the funds tab. I don’t have the feeling I have control over it.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share: Adding features between nash users who are inside the trading contract.
