To love it I miss the most : what is missing in it for you to love?
Trading with charts
Fiat Ramps
Staking
Nash Pay Integration (I love buying with crypto)
I like the most :
I like the design and theme of the product, its clean and eye catching.
I like the least :
One issue for me was that it was hard for me to find the swap feature initially (it took me around 3 minutes of pressing every button). I would recommend making that feature easier to locate (for us tech illiterates).
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share : I would love to see a % growth or loss on my crypto since moving them onto the exchange. It would make it very similar then to Stocks/Bonds. More familiarity helps promote usage.
Rating: 3.5
IOS - iphone 8 Love the most: The fact that app is constantly improving. The goal to focus on awesome UX Like the least: For a new user some of the interface can be a bit unclear. The UI could be better on some pages. I added some feedback on the exchange-view below.
The icons in the footerbar could maybe use a label. For a first time user it might not clear what can be found where.
Open for a user testing interview : Yes. (I have experience in mobile app design & development)
Your sketch on the bottom left hand side with the proposed amendments is spot on in my honest opinion. I feel it doesnāt change it too radically, but makes things that bit more clearer and easier to understand. I think that the team should change the app UI to reflect this. Well done!
Rate : 1 to 5, 1 being displeased and 5 being loving the product. 3 because everything isnāt on boarded with it yet. My vision of the App still exceeds it current state. To love it I miss the most : what is missing in it for you to love? The Fiat on ramp option. This will be a game changer for me. I like the most : describe what you like the most on it, a short why can add a lot. I like the look of it right now. It does feel like you are opening a proper financial product/app. I like the least : describe what you like the least on it, a short why can add a lot. It would be nice to have the ability to Trade fully through the app. The Swap is a fantastic addition but to be able to place orders while on the move would be beneficial. I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes/no YES Ideas I would like to share : use this space to share your ideas. It would be good to be able to see your staking profits and use the Swap function to swap them directly into the Crypto of your choice. Similar to Binance Dust conversion. Most of my trading is done on the move these days and that goes for Banking too. While the Web trading platform is fantastic I think more and more users will be turning to mobile/tablet trading. With folding phones now available it would also be good to see Nash app available in this larger screen format. Lastly I feel it important for Nash users to be able to do everything they can with the Mobile Platform that they can with the Web platform.
Rate : 5 To love it I miss the most : staking I like the most : The portfolio balance I like the least : The lack of advanced trading, staking, etc. I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share : the app has great potential if we add more features
I like the most :-
I find it easy to use and as others have said I find the portfolio screen my most glanced at And easy to understand
I like the least :-
I donāt know if it changed with an update but login in with details have to enter In again And again probably laziness on my part
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes UK
Ideas I would like to share :-
When volume increase I would like to See a screen with dividends paid, volume etcā¦
Ability to stake
To love it I miss the most: A trading section, I love the Swap easy trade option (more on that later), but I feel like it shouldnāt be in the markets section, but rather a trading section where I can opt for a more detailed trading interface or a simple swap (well simple to the user anyway). Additionally, staking information, fiat ramps, contacts for easy transfers and mobile payment (NashPay/NashCash) would round it out.
I like the most: The UI/UX in the funds area I find simple and easy to get info at a glance. Additionally I really love the new Swap feature. I know itās not everyoneās cup of tea and a lot of people want more advanced trading options, but I appreciate a āsimpleā interface for the user as an option and given what has been explained about how it works on the back end, this is likely going to be my preferred way to trade assets as I generally am looking for simplicity/speed over getting the exact ābest priceā.
I like the least: Lack of staking info, fiat ramps, contacts and payment options (basically everything I noted in what I would need to love the app).
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes, I am in EST/EDT time zone.
Ideas I would like to share: I feel like most of my ideas are already requested in previous posts or noted in my above to love it I miss the most section.
Rate: 3.5 To love it I miss the most: To trade and to stake NEX tokens. Tool to track top 20 currencies. DarkMode for mobile is a must! I like the most : The application is simple, great looking and really fast. My gradma can trade on Nash, it is as simple as that. I like the least : I have to paste my 2FA. It can be implemented to show once I have copied it and open my nash application. I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes Ideas I would like to share: I like to see some stats, so the volume of the top coins would be great. DarkMode.
I like the most: Referral program. UI / UX. Easy to use and safe wallet function. Cool design.
I like the least: What Japanese people canāt Nash.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes
Ideas I would like to share: Automatic dividend re-investment function.
Rate: 1.5 To love it I miss the most: Canada /// Staking I like the most : Fingerprint login. I like the least : The only functionality we Canadians have is staking, and itās not in the app ā I would be open to do a user testing interview: No. Ideas I would like to share: Dark modeā¦but mostly staking!!! And eventually fiat ramps! Canada is desperate for something legitimate. (Speaking of which, Shakepay is our best option and itās not all that bad. I wonder if theyād be interested in collaboratingā¦)
To love it I miss the most : MPC threshold sigs I like the most : fast I like the least : crashing ā¦ unbeknown to me i havent updated it to latest version (give me a push) I would be open to do a user testing interview: no
Ideas I would like to share : remove email login requirement under 1k
Rate: 3.5 To love it I miss the most: NEX swap / trading I like the most : easy login, complete portfolio tracker I like the least : none so far, but i guess too early to comment I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes, may be once i use this in a regular basis Ideas I would like to share: Most my trades/icos done thru web apps, once the mobile app advanced trading is live, i might have some suggestions.
Add basic and advance mode trading. Swaps as a basic feature (with market buys) and Advance trading to do limit buys etc.
Make it easy to swap between the two systems
Contacts
Ability to add addresses that you commonly send to and from
Nash Tags - Tags that are tied to our accounts so we can receive payments from other nashers or outside the Nash eco system via email. (Fabio, if you use this please reserve $Daniel for me. Thank you!
Staking
Ability to stake
Ability to see our staking statements
Ability to consolidate our dust
UI
Dark Mode
Ability to hide balances with ā0ā funds
When clicking on an asset it should take you to a trading page to buy, sell, or transfer. Below this it should show you transfer history. This allows you to transact all in one page and check the status of your confirmations all within the same page, not a separate tab.
The second tab should show market activity and info about the token.
I like the most :
I love the layout of the portfolio page
I love the pie chart with the overview of the performance of your portfolio.
Navigation buttons on the bottom are great!
I like the least
look at scar020ās post about UI in the exchange. I think heās spot on about the exchange tab.
Having to log in every time and set up Face ID
I would be open to do a user testing interview: Yes. Absolutely.
I miss the most :
a way to do swaps without sending to trading contract first. Fine for crypto users of today. But for people new to crypto this could be a big hurdle.
I like the most :
Overall look and feel
I like the least :
lack of features but yes its MVP only.
I would be open to do a user testing interview:
yes
Ideas I would like to share :
an exchange vol tracking graph
nash news alerts
To love it I miss the most :
Trade set-up layout. For example, show book size, order depth, adjust times, similar to Bittrex app including stop limits.
Thumbs up on Dark mode suggestion by elliptic.curve
Dividend rate visibility, maybe monthly moving average
I like the most :
2FA integration. Assets page is simple and really user friendly.
Quick access to supporting guides, overall navigation, like swiping for favourites etc
Transfer history is really easy
I like the least :
Lack of access to understand market depth, trading history etc in markets, takes me away to other sites and applications.
Rate : 4 To love it I miss the most : Charts, orderbook, staking section, contacts I like the most : being able to transfer funds simply back and forth to trading contract or to external wallet. I like the least : it can take a while to load up and sometimes responds slowly when navigating immediately afterwards. I would be open to do a user testing interview: no
Ideas I would like to share : A notifications/message center could be nice if not done in an annoying way. Maybe make it where you opt in for alerts for completed trades or get notified when certain things happen on the exchange or in the crypto market etc.
To love it I miss the most: No fee when moving assets between Personal account and Trading contract. To purchase Nex on Nash with zero fee fiat ramp.
I like the most: Easy to use even for first time users. Portfolio and Assets is mergerd under Funds. I like Send/Recieve button is available on all tabs. Pin tab opportunity.
I like the least: On startup app is very slow and instead of sliding it presses. Touch ID for unlocking keeps poping up and I have to unlock it first even if I want to close the app. No filter on Funds for Assets and Transfers.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: yes.
Ideas I would like to share: Search line on Exchange tab takes extra space from screen, no need to show it until user decides to search. Filter should be available on Funds, just like it is on Orders. Send/Recieve. Add ability to send assets to Contacts.
The ability to purchase USDC using Fiat-On-Ramps. I know this feature is being added very soon, however.
A staking tab.
A more advanced trading section, complete with an order book and recent trades. Again, I am aware of this being added soon.
I like the most:
The portfolio / funds section is incredibly intuitive and easy on the eyes.
The UI / UX reminds me of Coinbase in a good way. Simple, easy to use and navigate through and good looking, meaning that new and inexperienced users should be able to pick it up and roll with it all very promptly.
I like the mini graphs on the trading section. The way it highlights the volume increase / decrease on the exchange for each trading pair is rather nifty. I like it!
The ability to change currency on the settings section is really useful. This should be mirrored on the web platform too.
The swap function is so fluid and efficient. I also like the fact that its a Limit-Order and not Market Order, giving you peace of mind. This feature is ideal for basic users.
I like the least:
No face unlock for Pixel sadly.
The way that you mark a trading pair as a favourite should be more intuitive to use; just putting a star next to them for you to tap on is better than swiping from the right and then tapping. It wasnāt immediately apparent to me when I first used this section.
I would be open to do a user testing interview: No. As with the web platform feedback, I am not that experienced enough and youād probably get more out of a well-seasoned user / trader.
Ideas I would like to share: Just like with Coinbase, it would be good to be able to select an asset and for it to display a chart of its overall market performance from days, weeks, months, years etc.
