Hi Euyawn, did you use and tried the sync option in the GA app already? maybe your clocks are out of sync? Otherwise you must have saved your “backup” at the time you installed the GA with Nash site, with this you can reinstall the function

- Open the main menu in the Google Authenticator app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Time correction for codes.
- Tap Sync now…
