Waiting for past two hour “Support Team” where are you ?
Hi @daljitjatt555 the support agent must have been away, as you can see from the log you just posted “Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we’ll get back to you shortly”. I don’t see why you would keep replying “Hi” in the same window repeatedly after that message instead of leaving the email.
its been two days my account is not activated and resolution not given till now…and profile show zero NEX token…
Well, I don’t think you will get a reply from such chat window if instead of sending the email you keep it open in an deactivated chat. I will close this thread and you can send me a message with your ticket that I will take a look into it.
