Unable to complete KYC - IP address mismatch


I reside in Isle of Man, which is often mistaken to be part of the United Kingdom.

My IP address correctly shows my location as being in Isle of Man, however when I enter my address in the KYC app it will not allow me to proceed stating that my IP address does not match my location. I can assure you that this is a false-positive.

I’m not using a VPN or anything like that.

Please can you help me resolve this asap as I want to get staking. I’ve created a support ticket, but I just want to make sure that this issue is put out in the public domain in case there are any others with similar issues.
