The idea is that FIAT conversion is very easy on NEX, as they’re also partnering for a payment gateway FIAT/CRYPTO.

You won’t need stable coins. You will be able to trade for USD or EUR 
I think someone on the NEX team said it was a possibility, but I can’t remember where or when.
