Yes, my issue was solved thanks to support a short while after. They gave me a url to follow to retry the transfer and it solved the problem. Are you still stuck?

Hi everyone, I’m just now having this same issue, was hoping to release stake, and add more nex to my next stake, but I’m reluctant to stake more if I’m going to have trouble releasing it down the track, what seemed to work for everyone here?
