Pending Transactions error message in NEX Extension

A few weeks ago I completed a NEO transfer using the NEX extension, which was confirmed as complete, but I still see a message in the Pending tab of the Transaction area saying that I have two pending transactions. How do I clear those messages? Can I send a screenshot to someone?
