Nash series A raise

What does doing a series A funding round mean for the people who hold nex tokens.
I personally have been holding since the launch and staking everytime the tokens unlock.
Will I be diluted from the series A raise
What’s the bennifits for the foundation nex holders?
Will everything be based on the nex token during the raise… as in money for nex tokens.

Hopefully we can really push on from here and I’m hoping for the best.

Well expanding is going to be beneficial for NEX holders, maybe the company will sell future shares?
Would be great to know. Maybe some members of the community want to participate in that funding round
