For Example: Grandmom,mom do not write on the community.Is there any way ,you can help them by providing the customer support.

Yes. There will be a tech support team to handle that. Its not live at the moment since the exchange hasn’t launch yet.

Yes, we will have a dedicated support team. Not necessarily to call via telephone, though – those details are still TBD.
