According to the Nash Knowledge Base article on this, India is not listed as one of the countries that are blocked from using Nash, thus, Nash is available in India.

Nash offers all our services in India. Users residing there can create an account and pass higher tier KYC verification, use the non-custodial crypto wallet, create stakes to earn a dividend and trade on the exchange!

Will fiat ramps be available to Indians when they launch?
We currently do not have any fiat on-ramp providers for your region. Our fiat partner for India, Carbon, is temporarily offline at the moment. We’ll post an announcement on our social media channels as soon as they resume their services.
