@canesin am i correct in thinking they wont get an ATS granted based on Custody issues ?
are their different custody stipulations for privately issued reg D securities and reg A+?
Nash I presume are going reg A+ public and private securities ?
I remember you saying u thought The finra /sec joint statement that came out a few months ago saying that basically custodial exchanges didnt comply with sec rule 15c3-3
