I don’t know where else to write about it anymore, I opened 2 tickets at the last 4 month and I know more did as well, for sure it affects everyone trying to do manual trades and just check trading funds at the trading section.
after network exception both order book and funds stops updating.
Is that issue have a high priority? team knows about this issue?
When does that happen? After being inactive on the tab for some time (how much time?)? or you get that network exception (which causes the freeze) even if you’re actively trading?
