I noticed that if you hit your limit, but are unverified, it will just say limit exceeded. Can you put a prompt here, if available, that says something like “Click here to Verify your identity with the provider to increase limit to _____”. I found it was a bit confusing to find where to verify, and also people may not know that they can increase their limit, it’s decently hidden in the profile.
