Since there is some confusing about this topic could we get some insights from the team what it means or not to Dutch Nashers?

Hi @COINDER we follow AMLD5 and FATF’s recommendations closely. The Netherland’s AMLD5 implementation applies to Fiat<>Crypto and Custodial wallet providers only. Nash in its current form is therefore not affected. See the official registration information by the Dutch central bank

We are still analysing the situation with respect to Nash’s Fiat ramp and we will keep the community informed - stay tuned.
