Could Nash Pay, in theory, become a L2 scaling solution for Bitcoin?

Nash is utilizing state channels to optimize p2p payments and trading. Obviously, the LN is experiencing a slow rate of adoption and usability. Could Nash pay in theory be marketed as an alternative to LN? Or even better a companion to the LN that could facilitate its adoption?

If so I think the Bitcoin community would heavily embrace Nash Pay, as they’re all quite invested in the “Lightning Network to solve scalability” narrative

Yes, if enough people join the ecosystem. Wouldn’t be much of an improvement if the recipient just closes the state channel, would be just like a regular Bitcoin transaction. But in theory with enough adoption you wouldn’t even have to close it and ideally be a better alternative to the convoluted Lightning Network.
