Coinbase has taken a few hits surrounding the Berks and Cryptsy legal cases against it.
Anyone got any thoughts on what happens next ? more civil suits coming?
Or is this just noise that will die down…
Id like to add Nash’s Non-custodial nature would mitigate the risk of the Cryptsy case. Although I’m interested in how Nash would be able to mitigate the legal risk similar to the Berks case…? @canesin
