Can we get USDC pairs for every coin?

Some of us like to trade to fiat instead of eth or neo, is it possible to create a fiat pairing for each coin or is there a restriction I am unaware of? Thanks!

There is a USDC pair for every coin already. Smart trading is being discussed but future work.

Except in Europe, I believe. Any alternative stablecoins being considered for Europe?

Europe support for USDC is coming very soon, unfortunately stable coin markets in EU need some restrictions.

BTC / USDC , very soon would be perfect! With some volume a lot of people will trade on Nash.
BTC is the king for the next few months ( maybe years ). A lot of people will buy/sell BTC for stable coin. BTC + USDC = VOLUME = NEX $ 5+ . -> more pairs = NEX ↑
