BTC derived chains (LTC, BCH, Doge, Dash) will likely be added first, as it requires less work than other blockchains.

As for getting an official ETA for BCH, the answer is no.

Can we have an update what tokens took the green light till now to be listed in Nash Exchange? Unfortunately no. That is in a case by case basis and depends on the project having the needed legal documentation.
