Hi team, I have participated in the lottery yet I had to do the KYC again using the APP (android). During the process, It only asked for my details (no pictures or photo ID) then it stuck at “verifying” I had to close the app manually… Now, in my nash account, it says that my verification is pending. ![Captura|690x109]

How can I continue wit my KYC?

I loved the KYC process, a small thing I got was not being able to read the whole writing on an Iphone 5s, and couldn’t scroll down . -
During wallet creation, I would like an option where you can skip 2FA activation.
I do understand it’s the recommended setting, but this gives people who don’t have their phone/other device handy an opportunity to activate it at a later stage and in the meanwhile still finishing the sign up process.
Just logged in and noticed that an incomplete statement/sentence is displayed, probably about VPN and contact address. See red arrow in the image below.
