I believe that our community can be improved if there will be no restrictions of editing a post. So if I changed my mind or the post is becoming toxic, would be nice to have the option to edit or delete.
Also no need to bother moderators.
Why Not being able to edit or delete a post whenever I want, of such importance? Can you please explain why?

It is there so discourse is not manipulated - but you are probably correct it should be a longer period and we are very active moderating so that shouldn’t be a issue.

I ran into the same issue. It would be nice if the edit window changed to let’s say two hours instead of 15 minutes and window to change a post without it being flagged as edited to for example 10-15 minutes as to the 5 minutes it currently seems to have.
