1st iteration of Python SDK for OpenLimits

Great work from @ethan1 has made publicly available the first working version of OpenLimits for Python:

It still very early and moving, so maybe not ready for prime time - but ready for community tinkering.

I appreciate that you thought of me

I don’t see deposit and withdraw functions in the wrapper and also in the rust core.
Not incorporating this functionality was my issue with the first python interface.
So I hope that this will be added at some point.

The people at nash might be tired of me repeating this point. But not incorporating this feature severely limits anyone who wants to do arbitrage on the exchange.

I wonder if dat has something to do with it given that trying to pull funds from the trading contract to send them to another exchange is cumbersome to say the least regarding arbitrage ^^
